I encountered an issue, who do I talk to?

What is the deadline to submit?

               Submissions close on November 15, 2026.

What information will I need to submit an abstract?

The proposal submission form is unique to each submission type but, in general, requests author contact information, title, presentation track, keywords describing the content of the presentation, and an abstract of no more than 500 words.

When are speakers notified of their acceptance or rejection status?

Speakers will be notified of their acceptance status, their assigned session information, along with scheduling details of their session, in mid-February 2027.

Are speakers expected to register?

Yes, all speakers and moderators must register by the speaker registration deadline of March 23, 2027.

Panel Organizer FAQs

I organized a panel and sent speakers an invitation to submit their own information. How do I track their status? 

Great question. Once you have invited your speakers and submitted your application (it needs to show as "complete"), you can then look under your user profile in the Abstract & Speaker Center. You will be able to review the “Nestled Abstracts” and their status, as well as resend the invitation to submit to your presenters.
